Bar chart of compute deals in Anthropic's S-1. The largest stated figure is about $161.2 billion of Broadcom equipment lease rent excluding interest, followed by up to $120.5 billion with SpaceXAI

Anthropic's largest stated compute commitment is about $161.2 billion of Broadcom equipment lease rent, according to the S-1 it filed Monday.

That figure excludes interest and covers five-year master equipment leases.

SpaceXAI is next at up to $120.5 billion, over terms that extend into 2029.

Here is how 7 of the filing's compute deals compare, as stated over each deal's term.

  • Broadcom about $161.2 billion

  • SpaceXAI up to $120.5 billion

  • Google at least about $114.5 billion

  • Amazon at least $110.0 billion

  • Microsoft at least $44.9 billion

  • Nscale up to about $44.6 billion

  • Lambda about $41.3 billion

Some amounts are minimums and others are ceilings, so they don't add up to a single total.

Either party can cancel the SpaceXAI agreements on 90 days' notice after January and March 2027.

Anthropic's compute bill now runs into the hundreds of billions, and the biggest chip and cloud names all have a piece of it.
